Today, my mom and I went to AGP in Houston for the release of Grace Thomas. This is the first time I've been to one the GOTY releases and it was SO. FUN. If you have a chance to go anytime, you totally should!
The line leading up to the store was soooo long.
This is an awful picture, but it's the only one I took of her meet display. Her accessories are so cute! Also, her boots are to die for. I might have another Ali situation on my hands where I buy the dolls just for the shoes. (look, you can see my reflection in the glass!)
Opening night dress and cake cart. Oooh...I love these. Look at the teeny tiny bakery bags!
Here's another picture of her baking set. I absolutely love the tablet with the recipes! Super cute! You know it's 2015 when...
There was a side room with a chef where you could decorate cookies. They were actually quite tasty. I felt a little sheepish getting right up there with the little five and six year olds, but hey, free cookies!
More fancy cookie pictures.
Yum!
There was a really neat scavenger hunt hoopla going on. You had to find five little signs with information about Paris and Grace's adventures there and check them off in the "passport" they gave you, and when you were done they gave you some cool free stuff, which I'll show you at the end.
Her coat. AUUUUUGH! I grabbed the last one left but I decided not to get it. Someday, probably, though, it will be mine.
Jammies! I loooove these. You can't see it, but the pants have pictures of the Eiffel Tower and French words all over them.
This is what we got at the store, starting with the free stuff:
This was the envelope they gave you with the giveaway. Inside was...
A Grace apron! Saige and Izzy just had tshirts, so I thought it was fun that Grace's giveaway item matched her collection.
Okay, now here are the prizes from the scavenger hunt:
(man aren't my boots fabulous?) from left to right: a Grace poster, a menu (the backside has food options) a lock that I really don't know what to do with tbh, a postcard, and the passport they gave you to check off the scavenger hunt signs. Also, they had a luggage tag craft, but I decided not to do that.
I had a blast at the Grace debut, and I totally wish I could have gone with you guys. It would have been fantabulous, man.
Yay for Grace and free cookies!
That is awesome I love Graces pajamas. And her coat is just adorable
